Does Voyager need Wi-Fi?

Voyager connects over 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi — that is how new photos, avatars and reminders arrive. Your library is stored on the frame itself (32GB), so what is on display is always at home.

Can I give Voyager as a gift?

Yes. Gift Surprise mode lets you seal photos, avatars and a welcome message in the cloud in advance — when the recipient plugs the frame in and connects, the surprise plays automatically.

Is our family library private?

What is on the frame is protected with local encryption, and the library lives on the frame's own 32GB of storage. Cloud backup is available if you want it — it is never required.

How is my order packaged?
