Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.

Delivery timeframes

Every order is tracked door to door. The exact delivery estimate for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Typical transit times after dispatch are 5-12 business days depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping methods and costs

Available shipping methods and their costs are shown at checkout for the destination entered. If free shipping applies to your order, it will be indicated at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. If your country or region is not listed, contact us at deepsirehk@gmail.com and we will let you know whether an exception is possible.

Customs and import taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless the checkout explicitly states that duties are included.

Delivery issues

• Tracking not updating: please allow 48 hours after dispatch for the first scan.
• Delayed or lost parcels: contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7 days; we will investigate with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, reship or refund.
• Incorrect address: please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute parcels once dispatched, and reshipping costs for address errors are the customer's responsibility.
