Refund Policy

We want you to live with your DeepSire product before you decide. That is why most products in this store come with a 30-day home trial, starting on the day your order is delivered.

30-day returns

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and, where possible, original packaging. We will email you the return instructions and address after you contact us.

Digital avatar credits

Some products include a one-time credit for generating an AI digital avatar. This credit is a digital service. Once any part of the credit has been used to generate an avatar, the product can no longer be returned for a change-of-mind refund, because that service has been consumed. Until the credit is used, the standard 30-day return window above applies in full. This exception never affects your rights if a product is faulty: defective items are always eligible for repair, replacement or a refund, whether or not the credit has been used.

Hygiene-sealed products

For health and hygiene reasons, intimate and personal-care products can only be returned if they are unopened and the hygiene seal is intact, unless the item is defective. This does not affect your rights for faulty goods.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund, including reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed defects.

How to start a return

  1. Email deepsirehk@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We reply with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable service.

Please do not send returns to our office address without contacting us first; unauthorised returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

Exchanges

To exchange an item (for example, a different ring size), start a return as above and place a new order, or contact us and we will help you find the fastest option.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards;
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase;
  • Products returned after the 30-day trial period, except defective items covered by warranty.
